The Flaming Gunskin was obtainable in Season 6: "Race to the Top" by reaching level 3.
Recently a group of traders have started overpaying for Flaming gunskins, with it going for as far as 2-2.5M currently from people who want to stack it, making it a projected item, and quite hard to get for base value now as a result. With there being only around ~80 Flaming gunskins in monthly circulation, its not exactly an easy item to come by either.
